Abstract
The paper presents issues related to short-circuit base condition, i.e. quotient of short-circuit power in wind turbine (wind farm) connection point and rated power of the wind turbine (wind farm). The paper discusses the origins of the condition, the merit of use, and the influence on the wind energy sector development
