Abstract
At the global scale the industry, state governments and non-governmental organizations predict the creation of new, high-tech electricity infrastructure. Intelligent solutions should provide more energy, more reliably and more effectively wherever and whenever it is necessary. These objectives can be achieved by making better use of the network and increasing the use of renewable resources.
