Abstract
With growing presence of wireless networks in popular network systems and already high level of maturity of available standardized solutions we can also notice a significant rise of popularity of such solutions in industrial environment. The main advantage of migrating from classic, cable-based industrial networks to wireless technologies is their robustness and lack of strict dependence on cable infrastructure.
