Five-phase Induction Motor Drive Operation During Stator Phase Fault

s. 28-37 DOI:

Abstract

The article presents the most important advantages of multi-phase electric drives. The construction of a five-phase squirrel cage induction motor with possible stator winding distribution sulutions is described, which affect the properties of such a motor, increased reliability of five-phase drives has been indicated. The drive operation properties have been confirmed by experimental results.
